What forms of payment does HonourMark accept?

HonourMark accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. You can also pay for your order via PayPal.

Can I send a message with a gift order?

Yes. On the My Bag page just before checkout, you have the option to enter a gift message. This message will be included with your order when it ships.

How secure is your checkout process?

We use Shopify Payments which has 256 bit SSL, the highest SSL certificate currently available on the web. That means that your credit card payment is as secure as possible when you go through our checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

UPS Ground Shipping is always on us. Expedited shipping rates are calculated by order weight at time of checkout.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the US.

How quickly will I receive my order?

You should receive your order in 5-7 business days (or sooner) based on UPS shipping times from San Francisco. You may pay for expedited shipping when you place your order if you'd like to receive it sooner.

What is the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. If you do not create an account with us, you can check your order status here or contact our concierge and we'll be glad to advise you of your order status.

Returns / Exchanges

What is your return policy? How do I return an item?

If the return is received within 30 days of purchase and the item is in good condition (unworn & unaltered), we'll issue a full refund via your original payment method. Simply email us at [email protected] and we'll send you a return label generally within 1 business day. Send your order back to our warehouse and we'll process your refund.

What is your exchange policy? How do I exchange an item?

You may exchange an item in good condition (unworn & unaltered) for up to 30 days from original date of purchase. Simply email us at [email protected] with what you'd like to exchange it for and we'll send you a return label generally within 1 business day. Send your order back to our office and we'll process your exchange. If the item you would like to exchange it for is out of stock, we will let you know and try to find a suitable replacement.

How do I return/exchange a gift?

How long will a return/exchange take?

We process returns and exchanges daily as they arrive, but please allow us 7 business days to process your full refund or to ship your new item(s) once we've received your original item(s).
